Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Work begins only after scope and applicable terms are confirmed in writing.

Results and third-party tools

Digital marketing, search, advertising and AI outcomes depend on many factors, including third-party platforms, market conditions, customer behavior, data quality and implementation. We do not promise specific rankings, leads, revenue, savings or other results unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Third-party products and platforms are subject to their own terms, fees, availability and privacy practices.

AI and automation

AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a qualified person before use. Project scope will identify relevant tools, access, data handling and human review responsibilities. Do not send sensitive information through this website inquiry form.

Email and SMS marketing consent

The Contact page has separate, optional, unchecked email and SMS marketing choices. Contacting us or providing an email address or phone number for a project does not subscribe you to marketing. Consent to one channel does not imply consent to the other. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. The current contact form opens a message in your email app and is not connected to Mailchimp; choosing a checkbox does not automatically add you to a marketing audience. We must obtain and record the applicable consent before sending marketing through Mailchimp.

If you opt in to SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from WEBSITE AI SERVICES LLC at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where supported. If replies are unavailable, use the unsubscribe instructions in the message. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you opt in to email marketing, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in a marketing email. Service and project-related communications are separate from marketing subscriptions. We will honor opt-outs through the applicable messaging platform.

Marketing platform and acceptable use

If we help prepare or manage email or SMS campaigns using Mailchimp or another provider, you authorize us to use the contact information, content and account access you provide only for the agreed project. You are responsible for confirming that each recipient has given the required permission for the specific channel, maintaining evidence of that permission, honoring opt-outs, and supplying accurate sender and business information. Do not provide purchased, rented, scraped, publicly available, partner, co-registration or other third-party marketing lists. Use only contacts for whom you have documented permission for the specific channel and only where the platform permits that list.

Campaigns and content must comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights and the current rules of any messaging or marketing platform used. Do not use our services or a third-party platform to distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing or unsolicited content, or to upload passwords, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information through an ordinary marketing audience. We may decline or pause work if we reasonably believe a campaign violates these requirements. Mailchimp's own terms and acceptable-use rules govern use of its platform separately and may change; access, review, rejection or suspension decisions are made by that provider.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy WEBSITE AI SERVICES LLC materials without permission. Third-party names, trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
